RMTi Organizational Structure

RMTi is a licensed program of A Future for All, Inc. (AFA) and is governed by the Executive Board of AFA.

Executive Director

Lauren H. Abel – Driven by a deep passion for unlocking human potential, Lauren serves as the Executive Director of Rhythmic Movement Training International (RMTi). Since becoming a licensed RMTi instructor in 2010, she has dedicated herself to teaching all levels of the curriculum and now leads the organization with the goal of expanding its reach to new communities, ensuring accessibility for those who can benefit. Lauren is a strong advocate for care, education, and treatment that fosters developmental progress and enhances quality of life. Her commitment extends to creating tangible positive change in the lives of clients, families, her team, and the wider community.

Bekka Chambers – Since 2012, when she began taking classes and became a consultant, Bekka Chambers has been an enthusiastic part of the Rhythmic Movement Training International (RMTi) community. Her direct experience working with children solidified her passion for the RMTi approach. In 2018, she transitioned to Operations Manager, a role where she actively contributes to the growth of RMTi and enjoys connecting with individuals around the world who are part of this work. Bekka is passionate about connecting with others in the RMTi community around the world and is driven by the desire to see its impactful work continue to expand and reach more people.
