RMTi Making Connections Instructor

The path to becoming a licensed RMTi Making Connections Instructor…

For those who are seeking to become Making Connections Instructors only: 

1. Be an RMTi Consultant for at least six (6) months
2. Need to have attended RMTi One, Two and Three at least two (2) times
3. Need to have attended RMTi Intensive at least once OR attend Level One & Level Two once more
4. Need to have attended Making Connections at least two (2) times
5. Complete three (3) further case studies, including self-case study
6. Written tests from all levels need to have been completed.
7. Attend two-day Making Connections Instructor training course
8. Complete written assignments about brain background information
9. Co-Teach Making Connections at least two (2) times – if possible with different instructors (not required)
10. Be observed teaching Making Connections at least once
11. Complete Application for Certification

For those who are seeking to become Making Connections and RMTi Levels One & Two Instructors: 

1. Be an RMTi Consultant for at least six (6) months
2. Need to have attended RMTi One, Two and Three at least two (2) times
3. Need to have attended the following at least once
   • Face the Fear 
   • RMTi Intensive
4. Need to have attended Making Connections at least two (2) times
5. Complete three (3) further case studies (or six if not doing the RM & P step), including a six-month self-case study
6. Written tests from all levels need to have been completed.
7. Attend two-day Making Connections Instructor training course
8. Complete written assignments about brain background information
9. Co-Teach RMTi One & RMTi Two at least two (2) times – if possible with different instructors (not required)
10. Be observed teaching RMTi One & RMTi Two at least once
11. Co-Teach Making Connections at least two (2) times – if possible with different instructors (not required)
12. Be observed teaching Making Connections at least once
13. Complete RMTi Instructor questionnaire, included as online application. 
14. Sign (or re-sign) an Instructor Agreement with RMTi

To remain a licensed RMTi Instructor or Consultant, you will need to stay qualified/certified in your profession or modality, meet the continuing education requirements for RMTi Instructors, sign and adhere to the RMTi licensing agreement and pay the annual RMTi licensing fee.

A revision to our curriculum was completed in 2018. Coursework prior to the 2018 curriculum revision is no longer acceptable to qualify for certification. If you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request an exception to have coursework prior to 2018 be considered, email the office directly.
