Noraini Mahmood was the director and founder/owner of Brain Body Dynamics in Bahrain from 2005 to 2023. Now fully back in Singapore, she co-founded The BodyBrain Approach Pte Ltd in January 2026.

While being based in Bahrain from 2002 to 2023, she was a pioneer in Brain Gym® and Kinesiology first in Bahrain and the Middle East.
She is a business graduate from the National University of Singapore.

Noraini is a licensed instructor and consultant for The Brain Gym® and Educational Kinesiology programs since 1997, Touch For Health Kinesiology since 2004 and Rhythmic Movement Training International RMTi since 2014. She is a professional member of the Educational Kinesiology Foundation, USA, the Touch For Health Kinesiology Association of USA and a consultant & instructor member and a licensed provider for Rhythmic Movement Training International RMTi.

Noraini is as an International Faculty for the Brain Gym Program with Breakthroughs International. USA - home of the Brain Gym and Edu-K Programs
In 2004, Noraini was given an award for Excellence in Service to Brain Gym® International.

Noraini has been a guest presenter in regional conferences in the Middle East, such as The Arab Reading Conference (TARA), International Special Needs Conferences in Bahrain and the Early Learning Conference in Kuwait. Noraini has also undertaken numerous private and public presentations with various organizations in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. She has trained teachers and corporate executives and coached families in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Egypt, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. She mentors her adult students who are on the path of self-growth through their certification programs in Brain Gym, Touch For Health and Rhythmic Movement Training.

Noraini is also a Facilitator in “Original Play”™ and under the mentorship of Dr. Fred O. Donaldson, Originator of the program. Together with Dr Donaldson and his team, she has played and touched the lives of hundreds of children at the Syrian and Palestinian refugee camps and orphanages in Lebanon since 2014, in addition to many others in Bahrain and Singapore.

Combining her training and experience, Noraini now develops tailor-made training programs and runs a busy practice providing one to one consultation for children and adults. Her vision is to empower each person with an inner sense of safety, love, trust and belonging. She takes each individual as a whole, being full of potential – beyond labels and challenges.

Now that she has returned to living in Singapore, Noraini is mentoring a team of Brain Gym Movement Facilitators and instructors, in building a community of children and parents who are empowered with movement-based inner resilience and excellence for a well-balanced learning and living.
