Class Details:
Rhythmic Movement Training international (RMTi) is a gentle, movement-based approach that helps integrate primitive reflexes — the early movement patterns we're all born with that quietly shape how we learn, move, feel, and regulate ourselves throughout life. In this combined Level 1 & 2 training, we'll explore: What primitive reflexes are and why they matter, from childhood right through to adulthood How unintegrated reflexes can show up as struggles with focus, coordination, big emotions, and learning The core RMTi rhythmic movements, and how to use them with care and confidence The specific reflexes covered in Levels 1 & 2, and the role they play in attention, posture, and emotional wellbeing Real, practical ways to bring this work into your home, classroom, or practice This class is for allied health practitioners, therapists, educators, parents, and anyone curious about supporting movement-based learning and regulation. No prior experience needed — just an open mind and a willingness to move alongside us. I'm Farrah, a certified RMTi Consultant since 2018. I work with children navigating a range of needs — including ASD, ADHD, and emotional and behavioural challenges — as well as adults moving through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I love sharing this work because I've seen, again and again, how these simple movements can help people of all ages feel more settled, more connected, and more at home in themselves. Dayangku Farrah
I discovered the benefits of RMTi during my own healing journey and went on to train in reflex integration. Since 2018, I have worked with children and adults in Kuching with a wide range of developmental needs, including complex profiles such as autism, supporting learning readiness, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and challenges related to anxiety and low mood through movement-based approaches. I am a neurodevelopmental therapist, licensed Brain Gym® 26 Movements instructor, and Touch for Health facilitator.
