Amy Joy Allahdadi

Amy Joy Allahdadi is a certified Therapeutic Consultant and Waldorf Teacher who brings warmth, compassion, and deep holistic understanding to help children address physical, emotional, and learning challenges. Through the combination of rhythmical and neural-developmental movement, play, sensory activities and story-telling, Amy Joy works with children on the integration of their primitive reflexes and the development of their postural reflexes, and brain and sensory systems to align learning, behavioral, and physical imbalances. Amy Joy is part of an international community of consultants and practitioners focused on holistic and integrative therapies. She holds certificates from Rhythmic Movement Training International (RMTi), Holistic Approach to Neurodevelopment and Learning Efficiency (HANDLE), and the Micha-El Institute for Waldorf Teacher Training in Early Childhood and the Grades.

Amy Joy is available to observe children with challenges and their teachers within the classroom setting and provide remedial recommendations. She also provides school assessments that, based on the age of the child, may include: a Learning Profile of the child, Reflex Assessment, Reflex Findings with a Summary and Recommendations for the child, and Exercises for the child’s teacher to do with the class as a whole based on the individual child’s learning profile.
