I have over 20 years experience as a Primary Teacher. I love using RMTi with my students to help them develop resilience and to calm any anxieties they may be troubled by. Following the Covid Pandemic, I have found that these techniques have truly helped with focus, concentration and increasing the sense of safety on a deeper level than kind words alone.
