My journey with primitive reflex integration began when I was searching for a solution to a particular problem my daughter was experiencing. After I discovered that retained primitive reflexes could be at the root of her issue, I began to learn everything I could about them and to explore various methods of integration. I read books, attended workshops and classes, and applied what I had learned at home with my daughter. We began seeing improvements very quickly but it wasn’t until we incorporated rhythmic movement that her symptoms resolved and she blossomed in more ways than I could have imagined. Simply put, rhythm works.
