Alex is a qualified teacher with 20 years’ experience in mainstream primary schools - she has a passion for working with children with special needs and has recently been appointed to the position of SENCO at her current school. Having trained in RMT, Alex now incorporates some RMT practices and activities into her teaching.
Alex first discovered RMT when supporting her younger son and through her research, discovered that retained reflexes could explain many of his problems. At school he had difficulties with: reading (both decoding and comprehension), handwriting, remembering ideas or instructions and recalling spellings or times tables. The changes that RMT made boosted his confidence and he made accelerated progress at school.
